I am a trained SoulCollage® facilitator and I have been making SoulCollage® cards since 2015.
I have many cards in my deck. But lately, I have been drawn to images of people traveling, people on journeys: hiking, biking, canoeing, walking in outer space. These images keep drawing my eye when I look through magazines. And card after card, I am collage-ing them together.
To show you an example, I am sharing a card I made with free images from pixabay.com (so as not to violate any copyrights).
I finally figured out what this was all about.
My subconscious was expressing recognition of what I had been resisting…starting a new journey into unknown territory for me.
Starting to engage social media channels to try to help other survivors by sharing my abuse story and connecting them with resources for their healing journey.
Rather than seeing it as something to fear, a part of me was ready to head out on the adventure of something new!
So I took the message and got ready to do the hard work!
